Apple released iOS 9.3 Beta 3 Build # 13E5200d to developers today
02-08-2016. Public Beta is expected soon.
When iOS 9.2.1 final was recently released and it showed
great performance over 9.2, but so far iOS 9.3 Beta has not impressed.
So hopefully they have been able to tweak beta 3 to be more
inline with iOS 9.2.1 and maybe even better?

Keep in mind that it is only a beta though.... Let's check it out.
