Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have to move again. In short, my pal who has the lease on this place has to give it up. It is not cost-effective for me to take over the lease as the place is too big (and too expensive).
All is not lost though guys: I may have found a new premises in Mansfield Woodhouse at a price I am prepared to pay and it seems to have everything that I need. Also, it is available in 1 month (that is how long I have left at the old place)! More news on that later as there is much to discuss. Victor...
