Robert Spalding is a retired US Air Force brigadier general. He serves as a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute. His work focuses on U.S.–China relations, economic and national security, and the Asia-Pacific military balance. He is the founder and CEO of SEMPRE, a technology company created to connect, protect and secure information and communication vital to critical infrastructure.
