Aloo toast is my lazy weekend breakfast
Ingredients:
• sliced bread
• 3 to 4 boiled potatoes
• 2 tosp oil
• 1/2 tsp jeera
• 2 green chillies (or skip if you don't like it spicy)
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• salt
• 1/4 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 to 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp sandwich masala
• coriander leaves, finely chopped
• butter
• chutney
• cheese spread
