To transfer the balance of your credit card to a Capital One Credit Card - login to your account. After you log in click on the credit card to which you want to make the transfer. On the credit card page click on the “I want to” button. In the dialog scroll down and find the “Offers and Upgrades” section. Click “Transfer a Balance” On the offers page select the balance transfer offer. I have a 12 months intro APR which looks like a good deal. The 2% transfer fee is ok to me. Then you have to pass verification through a 6 digit security code. I’ll receive it via SMS and enter it. Capital One thanks me for verifying my identity. Next I have to choose how I want to complete the transfer. I’ll select “Transfer from another account” and click continue. Then I have to enter the account number from which I want to transfer the balance and click continue. I’ll transfer $3,500. The fee is going to be $70. Click continue. Then I have to review all the details, check that I agree with terms and conditions of transfer and click “Submit Transfer Request”
