After the NEW NAR lawsuit update and how buyer agency has changed effective August 17th, 2024. Buyers Agents and home buyers will be REQUIRED BY LAW to have a formal agreement signed before even touring a home. This is a major shock and blow to most realtors and real estate agents because they do not formally meet clients, present and have them sign agreements to work together. They just typically meet buyers at properties and work with them having no commitment. Those days are now officially over.
