President Joe Biden has been accused of falling asleep during opening speeches of the UN's climate conference in Glasgow Nov. 1. Biden was caught on camera closing his eyes for an extended period of time. Shortly after, the president addressed world leaders, and said the U.S. is planning to announce new climate initiatives.
