100g Onions chopped & Celery (option to use frozen onion, celery, carrot vegetable bas mix)
300g Carrots diced
150g Sweede diced
150g Parsnips diced
Vegetable Oil
25g Gluten Free Plain Flour
2 tbsp Wprcestershire Sauce
500ml Gluten Free Beef Stock
100ml Red Wine
2 Bay leaves
2 tbsp thyme or mixed herbs
