Tier VIII Premium Pan-Asian destroyer Fenyang is now available for sale worldwide. What's the deal with this ship, though? In short, she is a weaker Akizuki that comes with a nice array of consumables and improved AP ricochet angles, but sacrifices nearly all of her relevant HE penetration on her 100mm shells. It means if she wants to effectively combat enemy destroyers she is forced into taking the IFHE skill. At least it's only 3 points in the new destroyer tree. This game on Shatter isn't a great showcase for the ship, but gives a flavor of it. I'll try and get more on stream soon.
In an effort to keep a better flow of content coming, I'm going to pretty up some of my more interesting Twitch games from a given week and share them on the channel. It kind of goes against my innate need to have a good-looking finished product, but I'm going to try this and see what you guys think. Please let me know in the comments.
