The Reclaimer 18, aka Spas 12, has been added to Modern Warfare III in the season 4 reloaded update.
Honestly, I'm pretty happy with the way it was balanced since one shot guns are always overpowered. It's very inconsistent, especially when hip firing, but fun when it actually works.
