◎ sliced pork belly 200g
◎ onion 1pc
Ginger sauce
◯ Soy sauce 2tbsp
◯ Sugar 2tsp
◯ Mirin 2tsp (substitute : white wine 2tsp + sugar 1tsp)
◯ grated ginger 2tsp
◯ potato starch 1tsp (substitute: corn starch)
① Cut the onion.
② Mix the seasoning for ginger sauce.
③ Cook pork belly and onion on high heat.
④ When the onions have softened, reduce the heat to low and add the ginger sauce. Cook them until the sauce is sticky.
※potato starch must be dissolved in the sauce before the sauce is added.
