This is a colony of Tree Bumblebee (Bombus Hypnoram) in a bird box. The bees circling the box entrance are the Drones (males) waiting for the virgin Queens to emerge. The life cycle will mean that the nest will be gone by late July early August. This is not a honeybee swarm and Beekeepers will not remove.
