The Dumbbell Jump Squat is an awesome plyometric move that hits your glutes, hamstrings, and quads while boosting your athleticism and power.

To get started:
1. Grab a pair of dumbbells, one in each hand, arms hanging down by your sides, and stand with your feet slightly wider than hip width.
2. Keep your chest up, start the squat by sitting back at the hips, then bend your knees, lowering until your thighs are nearly parallel to the floor.
3. Push through your feet, extend your hips, and explode into a jump straight up.
4. Land softly on the balls of your feet, then your heels, and immediately drop back into another squat.
5. Repeat.
