In this episode we talk about the winning entries in the European Statistics Competition (ESC) 2022. The competition invites two-minute films presenting official statistics on the topic ‘Environment’ from school students across Europe.
Eurostat’s Tim Allen and Glen Campbell from the European Commission together with Joanna Karlowska-Pik, a professor from Poland, discuss the entries with Jonathan Elliott. Jonathan also talks to students from Bulgaria, Italy and Slovenia about how and why they made their videos and the challenges they faced in the competition.
