The focus on today's leg workout was to do 5 sets of 20 reps with 315lbs. I was feeling some anxiety on the way to the gym and questioned whether I would be able to finish all 100 reps.
We started off the workout by pre-exhausting the quads and hamstrings with FST-7 leg extensions and laying leg curls. It would have been much easier to do a light warm-up and go right into the squats, but this is bodybuilding and we want to maximize every training session.
If you attempt this 100 reps squat challenge, comment below if you were able to finish every rep, or how many reps you were able to get!
This is NOT easy and few will finish this challenge.
