Thousands of people fail the traditional Couch to 5k Plan because it's simply too hard.
I don't believe the plan wasn't designed for the modern-day sedentary individual and while many more reasons are explained in the video the most obvious is that running 5k in 30 minutes is never going to be achieved by most people who fail to complete this plan in 9 weeks.
