Angel Gomes signed his first professional contract at Manchester United last week. Great news for Manchester United and Nicky Butt, the head of coaching at the Manchester United academy. Gomes has been moved up to the Manchester United Under-23’s in a bid to speed up his development.
Since the start of last season, Angel Gomes has scored 17 goals and registered 9 assists for the Manchester United youth teams. Leading him to be the most sort after young played in European football.
Gomes has been likened to the great Lionel Messi for his ability on the ball and similar build. Angel excels in tight areas, using his close control and acceleration to dribble his opponents.
After this season, it will be all down to Jose Mourinho to intergrate one of the most outstanding talents in the game to World Class superstar.
