People often ask Phillip how two roofs are joined together when finishing off roof repair work. The answer is simple: bonding gutters.
Today's roofing insight finds Philip Dalton explaining what a bonding gutter is and how it works. Bonding gutter channels are made from fibreglass. They are placed under the tiles, leaving a nice gap for water to run down. Then, when we put the new tiles on, they sit halfway on the gap. Once installed, bonding gutters provide long-lasting protection from all kinds of weather.
