Arknights video on how I use as few operators as possible at E2 Level 30 to clear certain levels while remaining relatively risk-free for the purpose of trust farming while gathering materials/resources.

For trust farming, just bring whichever operators you wish to raise trust for. They only need to be in the squad. They do not need to be deployed. All operators gain trust even if they die in battle.
