After initially being seriously impressed with the Wanhao D12 printer, we were very disappointed to find that the firmware on the 3d printer is just too new and just not up to the task. 3D printing is not for everyone, and I only recommend this to people who like to fiddle with stuff. NO matter how much we fiddled, we could not get it to work properly. We went back to www.3dprintingstore.co.za and they promptly refunded us so that we could buy this Creality Ender 5 Plus.
