i got this little sketchbook some time back, you might have already watched the unboxing and sketch of the 140 year old backyard cottage of British bungalow. Since then i am obsessed with this sketchbook, mostly because of its size and build. i can carry it anywhere along with my pocket sketchbox and water brushes it fits well in my handbag. I was mostly using fine liner on this book, and this is the first time i used fountain pen. Now i understand why everyone uses a fountain pen to sketch, its quite an experience :)
my ink is water soluble which means it gets dissolve when in contact with water. It was quite interesting to paint over it, you can see I got those beautiful under painting. Now i wonder how it would be to use permanent ink for this kind of painting..
Do you guys have any suggestions, let me know if you have used permanent ink for sketching and what would be best for fountain pens.
