Quest 64, also known as Eltale Monsters or Holy Magic Century is renowned for being shitty. I don't think it's that bad. It's not great, but it's not bad.
Should probably talk about why. I'm excited about Ogre Battle 64 though! It looks so good, and I've wanted to play it since I was a wee laddie.
