President Paul Kagame has told delegates at Transform Africa summit 2017 taking place in Rwanda that as long as women and girls are lagging behind, Africa is not on the right track of advancing technology. "Technology is a powerful framework for bringing diverse stakeholders together to define challenges and find solutions, as we see in this room.
