***Pick up a brioche roll(the best) cut it , butter it with best butter you. can find(I found Costco grass fed butter-super yummy)-oh turn Speedi on sear/saute 3 -toss roll butter side down let brown and warm-remove it add best butter and fry an egg break yolk if ya want then flip it then add piece of cheese of choice or use shredded whatever you have on hand and add to roll-let it cool a bit and enjoy with a super good cup of coffee or tea or I had iced coffee cuz its so hot down here! :)
just treat your speedi or foodi like a single burner with a frying pan on top. just a bit deeper :)
