On October 2, 2022, during the Sunday Morning Session of the General Conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the Prophet and President of the Church, Russell M. Nelson, declared to the world in his talk entitled "Overcome the World and Find Rest," that "In coming days, we will see the greatest manifestations of the Savior’s power that the world has ever seen. Between now and the time He returns 'with power and great glory,' He will bestow countless privileges, blessings, and miracles upon the faithful."
