Guys when I started looking for a Garmin to install for LiveScope I got really confused as it seemed like there were 1000 different models (there are 34 in a 9" or larger screen per Garmin's website!). So I got with the guys at Jones Trolling motors to work through all the different options. In this video we work through the GPSMap vs the EchoMap family, then the touchscreen vs non-touchscreen, then the map vs the non-map (that's in part 2). Also note in this video we learned that with Garmin you must buy Garmin specific maps, did not realize your regular Navionics maps would not work in them. I will post part two to this video later this week.
