this is an example of the BLUETOOTH function of this battery not working. im not the only early purchaser that has experienced this, a friend has AND there are others on the ridgid forum that have referenced experiencing this too. normally holding the fuel button for several seconds will produce a blue LED, but that's not happening here. sometimes the blue LED will intermittently light.

UPDATE JAN 2020: ALL MY BATTERIES HAVENT UPDATED IN MONTHS (ALL ARE AROUND MY PHONE EVERY DAY), SOME DONT EVEN TURN ON THE BLUE PAIR LIGHT ANYMORE. PEOPLE WITH RECENTLY PURCHASED BLUETOOTH BATTERIES HAVE TOLD ME THEIRS DONT PAIR EITHER

RIDGID FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!
