Hello sweet beings,
We are in wild times. These are my offerings in the hope that when we connect to self, and learn more about our own contributions to the collective whole we can hopefully bring about more peace, health and happiness to ourselves and others.
Another gentle 30 or so minute practice focusing toady in the Yogic concept of Aprigraha. Aprigraha invites us to consciously practice letting go. With so many interruption to our daily life schedules while COVID-19 spreads we can only hope to uplift our days by focusing on what we do have control of, and let go of everything else. Acknowledging this process of accumulation and releasing attachment to things or idea, we are able then to create space to focus how abundant our lives truly are.
