Welcome to the FINAL DAY of the Live Below the Line Challenge, where I lived on £1 a day for five days on food and drinks. I go through some of my thoughts in this video, what I ate on my last day and some things to think about... Like mentioned in the video, this challenge might be a valuable lesson but it is also very unrealistic and even if I did only have £1 a day to spend on food/drink, I'd still be one of the lucky ones, as I have shelter, clothing, education, access to transport, free tap water, etc. It's important to understand that there are so many people who don't have access to these basic necessities..

Some quick facts about world hunger, malnutrition and poverty:
•795 million people (or one in nine people in the world) do not have enough to eat
•98% of the world’s undernourished people live in developing countries
•Nearly half of all deaths in children under five are attributable to under-nutrition
•About 896 million people in developing countries live on $1.90 a day or less
•22,000 children die EACH DAY due to conditions of poverty
