Prosecco cocktails are brilliant for all kinds of occasions – not just New Year's Eve – and this fruity, fizzy, fun cocktail would be brilliant at a pool party, on the beach, or a great option for a bridal shower or brunch. And because it's a make-ahead pitcher recipe, it is perfect for any party!

🍾Pitcher Prosecco Cocktail Recipe for New Year's Eve (or any other celebration)🍾

1.5 cups vodka
3/4 cup passion fruit liqueur
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup simple syrup
1 1/2 cups passion fruit nectar
1 bottle dry (brut) Prosecco

Into a pitcher combine vodka through passion fruit nectar. Store in the fridge until needed.
To serve, pour mixture into chilled coups, about 3/4 of the way, and top with cold Prosecco.
