Yes ,I think fried chicken can't be beat. Here is what I really love with fried chicken--creamed potatoes with chicken gravy,green butter beans, sliced tomatoes, fried okra, and hot buttermilk biscuits. I get excited just writing these words to you about fried chicken. I never turn it down. Southern Fried Chicken tossed in buttermilk then coated in White Lily Flour - how southern is that !!!
