POHA RECIPE
Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp( cumin/fennel seeds)
1 onion(chopped)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 cups Poha(pressed/ flattened Rice) (medium poha)
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
Fresh Coriander Leaves
Process:-
1-Wash the poha.Poha should be moist but not mashed.
2-Heat Oil in a pan.Add cumin/Fennel Seeds and when they splutter add curry leaves, onion and green chillies.
3-Add turmeric powder and mix.
4-Sauté for 2 mins and add poha.
5-Mix and cook till poha is heated through.
6-Add lemon or coriander leaves and mix lightly.
Garnish with onion(Kanda) , Sev, Coriander and serve hot
