The Lilac Point Siamese is one of the most famous breeds of Siamese, because of their distinctive lilac-grey color-point coat. They are one of four types of Siamese and have become extremely popular due to their subtle coloration that varies from cat to cat. In the past, the Lilac Point was considered a watered-down version of Blue Points.

As with Blue Points and Chocolates, Lilac Points are one of the rarer Siamese colorations, whereas Seal Points and Chocolates are far more common. Like all Siamese cats, Lilac Points are highly vocal and talkative and love to play with their owners. Their friendly and playful nature makes them a favorite family cat.
