Residents of Yatya, Baringo county took to the streets Saturday protesting rising insecurity situation in their area despite a multiagency operation that entered its second phase last Sunday.
The residents together with their leaders decried the wanton killings and cattle orchestrated by bandits who have remained defiant in the face of a heavy deployment of security personnel carrying out the operation.
