ChutingStar started as one man as a parachute rigger and blog writer in 1999. In 2005, ChutingStar began selling skydiving helmets out of its rigging loft at Skydive The Farm. In 2009, skydiving gear sales had increased to the point that a separate warehouse was opened for fulfillment, offices and ordering.
