The Inspector General of Police, Kale Kayihura, has urged police officers to ramp up their efforts to fight crime. He made the remarks at the pass-out of 73 officers at the Bwebajja training school in Wakiso district. Kayihura's call comes just weeks after the president criticized the force of being infiltrated by criminals.
