Confused as I was about all the contradicting information on the TM30? You're not alone and I go directly to the source, Immigration office at Changwattana and Visa Agencies to sort it all out. A full documentary of my real experience dealing with the TM30 issue and 90 day reporting. Don't believe everything you hear. Immigration laws are constantly in flux in Thailand however so my experiences are subject to change but in my experience it's only gotten better and easier to deal with Immigration as the things I've had to do manually are now available online. If you're willing to change with the times and to confront issues head on, you may be pleasantly surprised as I have in this video and in the past. Much of the information I discuss in this video however are reports unless shown and you can find links to the articles I've been quoting below by googling but Richard Barrow did a good article on it.
