Time flies when your working at #REDFIN #RealEstate and after 6 months of being a lead agent, I've sold 23 homes and have gained a ton of experience!
First off, the experience you gain at Redfin is unbeatable. Most of it comes from touring with my clients more than usual. However, It’s nice to hand off things to associate agents when I get too busy. Thankfully Redfin has the ability to turn yourself off and I've turned myself off 3 times since working at REDFIN. Every quarter you have to sell 5 homes, depending on your market. Which I've been doing that plus some. What I do not like about REDFIN is some of the customers who already have real estate agents who just want to use me to tour. Or want me to reduce my commission or give them a portion of my commission. Not happening... Every once in awhile you get an odd customer and you have to cut them off.
