The day has finally arrived. We booked our first cruise in 2019 for a may 2020 sailing. Then covid hit and we had to cancel. Now its 2023 and we finally arrived at Embarkation day. We never cruised before and its exicting and new. We started our day early since everything was new to us and we didnt wanted to miss a single step of our journey. Going to Canada Place was very easy with the skytrain. Luggage drop off was straight forward and getting our medallions at checkin was very streamlined. Security and Immigration was easy too. Then everyone hit a roadblock. We had to wait 2.5 hours before we could board. They had to clear the ship first before new passengers could go on. Someone didn't get the message to leave the ship at 10:30am at the latest. It was almost noon when we got the clear to board notice. Once on the ship it was very confusing were to go since it was our first time. We headed to our cabin and drop off our carry-ons we went for the main dinning room. The food was fantastic .
