In June, the Seafarers’ Training Institute started a program to recruit and train seafarers across Canada. This is the first of its kind in Canada and we are very proud of it.
We want to highlight to our members that they play an important role in this program, because when these young people come on board your ship, you have to give them the knowledge, skills, and dedication and loyalty that you have had all your career.
