It is always fun to try high-quality art supplies! I recently picked up these Caran d'Ache Classic Neocolor II AQUARELLE Water-Soluble Pastels at my local art supply store. I am unfamiliar with these water-soluble pastels/crayons, but I thought they seemed interesting, and I have wanted to learn new skills. They were soft, smooth to draw, and manageable on paper. The magic happened when I wet them with water. These pastels are really highly pigmented. They blended beautifully! Now I need to learn how to use them properly! 😅
