These recipes use my failsafe BEST gluten free pastry recipe with a traditional Cornish pasty filling. Plus I show you how to crimp a Cornish pasty too!

INGREDIENTS (Serves 4):
For the GLUTEN FREE PASTRY you'll need:
340g plain gluten free flour (I always use FREEE by Doves Farm for the best outcome)
2 tsp xanthan gum
110g unsalted butter, (cubed)
110g lard, (cubed)
2 medium eggs
2 tsp cold water
Pinch salt
For the CORNISH PASTY filling you'll need:
275g beef skirt
75g swede
175g potatoes
75g white onion
Salt and pepper (to taste)
For the CHEESE & ONION PASTY filling you'll need:
175g potato
120g onion
120g grated mature Cheddar
For the STEAK AND STILTON PASTY filling I recommend substituting the swede in the Cornish pasty recipe for 50-75g crumbled Stilton cheese.
