During our 24-hour layover in Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific, we made the most of every moment by immersing ourselves in the culture. Our first stop was Temple Street Night Market, where Nick sampled the iconic spicy crab. To balance the flavours, the next day we enjoyed a delicious vegetarian meal, discovering the city’s plant-based culinary scene through the Happy Cow app. A ride on the Victoria Peak Tram gave us a unique perspective of the city's skyline, and we wrapped up the adventure with some thrift shopping, uncovering hidden fashion gems along the way.

It was a really beautiful experience going back to the same guest house we had originally stayed in when this journey all began
