Processed material: Palm EFB(MC45%), Palm EFB Fibre(MC10%) and Palm Tree Truck(MC50). Output fibre or wood chips are used for making pellets, fertilizer or as fuel for boiler.
This Drum EFB Chipper Shredder in the video is one of the four machine shipped to Malaysia in Jan 2014.30KW main motor, output 2TPH. Daily feeding material are:
1. Palm EFB from palm crude oil factory, with moisture content around 45%.
2. Palm EFB fibre after pressed, moisture contect is around 10-15%
Output Palm EFB fibre length 10-35mm, output for dry Palm EFB is even more short.
Another material also was tested with this machine - PALM TREE TRUNCK, output wood chips size is small enough to be blowed away by wind.
