Kolkata, Feb 05 (ANI): After the Supreme Court said that no coercive steps will be taken against Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar, however, he will have to be present before CBI for enquiry. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee termed the verdict as “moral victory” and said that Rajeev Kumar never said that he will not be available.
