Selina was asked to run the Scenic Rim Youth Leadership Program for 2014.

The Scenic Rim Mayor announced this program as "the most successful and professional we have ever had."

The Scenic Rim is an area about 1 hour inland from the Gold Coast and 1 hour south of Brisbane.

A record number of 27 grade 10 students from 5 high schools in the area were selected to be involved in the program with Selina.

During their 6 months, Selina taught them lessons around leadership, including her experiences as an Olympian, dual scholarship athlete, and 10 years as a business owner, and times in her life where she had to be extremely resilient.
