This is about administering a drug to a person without his knowledge & this amounts to attempt to murder and this also amounts to the violation of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS). So it is not about Rhea Chakraborty consuming drugs, but it is to be guilty in drug peddling."
