The hearings of the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Allegations of State Capture, Corruption and Fraud in the Public Sector including Organs of State will resume on 11 January 2021 at 10h00. The Commission will hear mining related evidence. The Commission will also hear Eskom related evidence from Acting Senior Manager: Fuel Resources, Dr Ayanda Nteta.
