"Energy Shower" is a simple yet powerful movement from Calligraphy Health method, that helps you calm down, relax, and clear your mind 🌿. It is especially effective when you're feeling stressed, worried, or overwhelmed. The key is to perform the movement slowly, allowing you to connect it with your blood circulation. You can practice it for as long as you like, from just a few minutes to half an hour or more ⏳.
Steps
1. Lift Up with Inhalation
• As you lift your arms upward, inhale and direct your gaze toward your palms, even if your eyelids are closed.
• Gently lift your anus and internal organs – not through contraction, but by creating a subtle sensation of lifting everything inside your abdomen.
• Imagine drawing energy in and lifting it upward. This movement helps guide your blood circulation in that direction.
2. Bring Down with Exhalation
• As you exhale, look downward and slowly lower your arms.
• Visualize energy and blood circulation washing over you, flowing from the top of your head, through your spine, then legs, and releasing out through your feet into the ground.
• Let your breath flow naturally through your nose, avoiding force. Maintain a calm and steady rhythm.
3. Stay Relaxed
• Keep your breath and heartbeat steady and calm throughout the practice.
• Once you feel comfortable with the movement, close your eyes to deepen your awareness.
4. Feel Your Inner Body
• With your eyes closed, focus on sensing your body from within.
• Follow the rhythm of your breath as it synchronizes with the gentle movement.
By practicing Energy Shower with these internal details, you enhance the flow of energy and blood circulation in your body, leaving you feeling peaceful and content.
