In DR Congo, the opposition has long feared that President Kabila is trying to extend his mandate. They're unlikely to be pleased by the constitutional court's ruling that the leader can stay on until a vote is held, even if November polls are postponed.
Also, more of the dozens of Ethiopian children kidnapped by south Sudanese gunmen in mid-April are returned. Negotiations to free the remaining captives continue.
And we bring you a snapshot of Kinshasa’s street photographers: quick, easy and eager to please, they're competing with more traditional studios.
